Subscription Wait List FAQ

Planner Kit subscriptions (the ones with inserts included in the kit) are now open for subscriptions. The following FAQs apply only to the Classified: Planner Edition and the Classified: Memory Keeping Edition

Please check here before emailing with questions; we will update this list as we take more questions from customers.

Q: Does this impact my current subscription at all? Will I still get my kit?
A: This has no impact on current subscriptions, only on new ones.

Q: Does this have anything to do with other subscriptions, like inserts, Add On, Planner Kit, stickers, stamps, washi or Memory Keeping?
A: No. Only the two Classified Edition subscriptions are affected.

Q: Where do I sign up for the wait list?
A: If you are committed to subscribing, please complete this form to add yourself to the wait list.

Q: What if I cancel my Classified Edition subscription and change my mind later in the month?
A: We recommend you do not cancel unless you are certain; if you  cancel and wish to resubscribe, you’ll have to join the wait list at the “back of the line,” so to speak.

Q: Is adding my name to the wait list a commitment, or should I do it if I’m just considering a subscription?
A: Because of the enormous amount of time we will be investing in contacting people from the list, we ask that you not add yourself unless you are sure you want to subscribe.

Q: What will happen if a subscription becomes available and I’m next in line?
A: We will contact you by email if a subscription becomes available; you will have 24 hours to reply. After that we will move to the next person on the list. There can be no exceptions to this, to be fair to everyone.

Q: Can you call or text me instead?
A: We cannot use any other method to contact you. If you don’t regularly check your email, we recommend you consider setting a text alert for emails from (This is not a Cocoa Daisy service; we’ve provided this link to assist you in making sure you get the notification.)

Q: What about switching from one kit to another?
A: This does not apply to customers attempting to switch from a three month Classified Edition to a six month  commitment. You can still do that following the instructions in the FAQs and in this video. However, you cannot switch from any other item to the Classified: Planner Edition; if you attempt to do that, your subscription will be switched back and you will be notified.

Q: I have a question that is not answered here.
A: Please email, and give us 24 business hours (M-F) to respond. If you do not hear from us in that time frame, we have not received your message and you should email again.
