Returns for kits: We do not allow kit returns. All sales are final. If your kit happens to arrive damaged please notify us within 10 days of receipt and we will make arrangements to get a new kit to you. We do require that the damaged kit be returned to us and we will refund your shipping cost. If that month’s kit is no longer available we will credit your account for the following month’s kit.
Returns for non-kit items: You may return an item or items in unused, saleable condition for a refund within 30 days of receiving them. Please securely package it back up and ship it back to us. We will refund the cost of the item(s) but we are not able to refund the initial shipping or the return shipping.
We ship our kits using the United States Postal Service’s Priority Mail. The shipping rates are available on our FAQ page under “What are the shipping rates?”.
*Please note that, although we charge a flat rate for subscriptions and will ship add-ons and other orders for free with your kits (if ordered through the Subscriber link by the 4th of the month–see FAQ), if the actual shipping cost is more than 25% over the flat fee you will be charged for additional shipping in excess of 25% over the flat rate and the parcel will not be shipped until that amount is paid.
Please note that at the time you purchase your subscriptions you are automatically charged the full shipping amount for each kit; we will make that adjustment and refund the difference around the 24th of the month.
If you wish to cancel your membership at the end of your subscription period, please notify us by completing this form prior to the 20th of the month. Otherwise we will automatically renew your commitment month-to-month until you notify us that you would like to discontinue your subscription. If you wish to cancel your membership prior to its completion, please complete the form and we will handle your request on a case by case basis. Please note that if your membership is cancelled before the six-month commitment is complete, you will be responsible for a cancellation fee of $15 for planner kits or $5 for planner add on or pages-only subscriptions.
Skipping a Kit
Kits on a membership plan may not be skipped. Please email us if there are extenuating circumstances and we will handle each request on a case by case basis.
We accept PayPal, Mastercard and Visa as payment. Cocoa Daisy customers should know that we do not store your credit card or ordering information on our Internet server. Your financial information is protected by industrial-strength encryption. The information in transit is secured with a Starfield Technologies Web Server Certificate. Transactions on this site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption.
Cocoa Daisy gathers only the customer information that is needed to administer its business, provide superior service and communicate offers on Scrapbooking that we believe will be of interest to our customers.
Cocoa Daisy limits access to customer information to those employees who need it to carry out our business functions. We educate our employees about our policies and practices in regard to safeguarding customer information; preventing its unauthorized access, use or disclosure; and, ensuring its proper handling.
