• Subscription Changes must be made between the 3rd and 20th of the month for the following month's shipment.
• This video shows how to change your subscription in your account.
• Address or payment changes must be made by the last day of the month. Please watch this short video on changing your payment or address to be sure it is updated correctly.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled between the 3rd and 20th by choosing "Cancel Subscription" from the drop-down menu on this form.
• All new subscriptions will show shipping on the invoice, but they will be combined before the next payment, and shipping adjusted.

• You must be logged in to order during subscriber early ordering, between the 29th and the 1st.
• You can learn all about early ordering here, including how to have items shipped free with your qualifying subscriptions.

New-release shipping goes through the 12th each month, a day or two longer if there's a mail holiday in that span; please email us after the 13th if you have not received a tracking email from pkginfo@ups.com, or from no-reply@stamps.com. We cannot answer inquiries about tracking before the 13th.

• Orders will remain Preparing to Ship even after they've been shipped, as they must be updated manually on our site. When your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email from no-reply@stamps.com.
