Hello! Katherine, Kiggies5 on Instagram, here to show you 5 different projects. I love that each of us decided on a different product focus this month. Come and take a look at all of the goodies!
Kelli focused on mixing patterns. I love the cute trees with the black and white. Can we stop for a moment and check out that little cute polar bear!?
Wendy focused on the Quote notebook. She used this product in almost all of her creating so far this month. What about a background with the fun papers? I am so impressed, what a fun page!
Check out her YouTube video on how this came
together.
Lastly, I focused on the die cuts from the main kit. I wanted to show you 3 different ways to use them. I created a tag, a card and a 4X6 shaker for my pocket page.
Up first, is a Christmas tag.
I used a simple tag from my own stash and gave the die cuts a little shine with glitter glue and a few red rhinestones. I layered the tag on top of some pattern paper and put foam dots behind the die cuts for dimension.
My second project is a Christmas card.
On this Be Merry card I used 2 different types of patterned paper and stitched around the edges with my sewing machine. I placed the die cut and top of a doily to frame it and added my sentiment.
For my third project I made 4X6 shaker.
I cut a piece of white cardstock and a piece of patterned paper to 4X6. I used a circle punch to create an opening in the patterned paper. To close the circle I added a piece of plastic from a sticker pack so my glitter and stars wouldn’t fall out. I used foam dots to raise the patterned paper creating space for movement. I then cut out the word December, added some printables and finished it off with the cute little bird on a branch die cut. It reminds me of a snow globe.
I hope these gave you some inspiration with different ways to use your kits. Don’t forget to tag us on Instagram so we can see what you create!
Happy scrapping!
XOXO-
Katherine
