I loved the Dear Lizzy polka dot pencils that came in the BYOAO for November. As soon as I saw them, I knew exactly what I was going to do with one of them!

I made a layout about how I’m kind of crushing on pencils this year. I use them almost exclusively, so I’m happy I have some cute ones now!

That got me thinking about a good Designer’s Challenge. How about putting something on your page that really wasn’t made for scrapbooking at all. How creative can you get?

Lisa used some tickets from a recent road trip to complete the challenge.

And Katherine took some fancy straws and made a frame for her layout about her and her sweetheart.
