Well hello there! This is my first ever post as being a new member of the amazing Cocoa Daisy team woot woot! I cannot tell you how excited I am to be here! Are you enjoying your July Bistro Kits?! Ummm did I really say July?! Where is the summer going?!
Today I have some amazing mini albums to show you! First up is a delicious little ring album I created called, “She Loves Summer!” There is something about chunky little mini albums that just make me happy! I love having them around the house just for people to sit and look at! Here’s some bits~n~pieces;
To create a book like this, just trim down some background pages out of patterned paper to the size that you want your book to be. I made mine all different to make it interesting and fun to look at! Then, punch a hole at the top, put a ring through your pages, and voila!
Load that baby up with some photos, memories, and pretty things!
Ok sooo you’re going to think I’m totally lame, but I’m sorry, this snow cone is like the cutest thing ever! All I did to it was stick a little red enamel dot on it lol! I just love it. Ahhh the simple things 😉
There are so many cute pieces in the Poolside ephemera pack! This mint green striped ampersand had my name written all over it!
The fun things about these types of mini albums is that all you have to do is layer a few little pieces, a photo, some sprinkles? And you’re done!
Super simple and cute!
I didn’t do any journaling throughout the book, so I saved the back page for that! It’s important to document where you were, when you were there, what you loved about it, etc. That’s what makes scrapbooking worth while, to remember!
Up next is this darling mini album by Alissa!
This is so cute Alissa! I love how you transformed your journal into a mini album, annnnd I’m pretty much drooling over your cluster of embellishments on the cover!

I love how Miriam did her cover! Just screams SUMMMMERRRR!!!! Seriously that floral paper is so pretty!
I also love how she laid all of her pages together to photograph, all of that cuteness is one place!

Cassie Box, our awesome July Guest Designer, made a mini album too. You can see it all here.
And Emily made a mini about her son’s self portraits while on vacation.

Thank you so much for stopping by! I hope you are inspired to create your own little chunky monkey mini album filled with your delicious summer memories!
xoxo Sarah
