Happy Halloween my fellow Daisy’s. October is all about family time. We seem to have a ton of events, most of them pumpkin-themed, this time of year. Also, so many trips to the farm. I am sharing my October-themed mini album today.
I am highlighting the October kit, City Park. I used a mix of the patterned papers, Shimelle sticker book, Autumn die cuts from the Main Kit, DITL kit cards, Pebbles Woodland Forest wood veneers, brown alphas and stickers.
This album is constructed simply out of paper. I cut 6×8 pieces of patterned paper, folded them in half and accordion-glued them together.
I had to use my favorite DITL cards on this album. I love this orange airmail stripe calendar. It’s just art.
The main kit included these gorgeous fall die cuts. The Autumn Days one makes a great title.
My oldest is 8 now, and no longer too keen on taking photos with me. I was thrilled when he enthusiastically wanted to take this jumping picture. All his idea too. I had to pair it with my other favorite card from this kit.
I included a few Diwali pictures from this year as well. Look how happy she is.
And this little wood fox is just the thing to pair with my cute little guy. Love the Shimelle word phrase stickers.
How fun are those house die cuts? I wish I had a full stack of them .
I used the main kit stamp to make my own embellishment here. I also paired this photo with a 4×6 card from the DITL kit. This month has been an adventure indeed.
And of course I had to document a very special birthday. These October cards are just so gorgeous!
Thanks for taking a look at my October mini book with me. I hope I’ve inpsired you to get creating on a mini book of your own!
Have a fun and safe holiday!
