Hi everyone!! Janet here with Suz and Wendy with some fun and super cute cards that you can create with the South Beach Kits! I love the theme this month, loving the tropical summer vibes!! I’ve got Madonna’s song in my head ever since I opened my box. ….This is where I want to be, La Isla Bonita!! Can’t wait for summer! How ’bout you?
So on to these cards! Suz is up first, with these adorable cards:
“Created with the main and DITL kit alphas plus exclusive stamp “soak up the sun.” This month’s kit has me all kinds of ready for summer!! Grateful it is only one week awayyyyyy! I added a bit of whimsy to my card by adhering the die cut sunglasses over the pineapple to resemble a face wearing shades! LOL”
“I created this card by cutting down the 4×6 DITL exclusive card included in May’s DITL kit and then added mini alphas and vintage type along with the puffy alphas from the main for the sentiment.”
“Created with the May South Beach DITL kit. Clean + simple.”
“Created with a mix and match of April and May kits. I spray misted and masked the cork pineapple that is an exclusive in May’s kit and then adhered it to two punched patterned papers (April kits) and raised with foam adhesive. The rest of the card is from the May kits.”
“Made with April (polka dot patterned paper) and May kits. Highlighting the exclusive lemon cork “squeeze the day” embellishment and a tip on how to use those sticker flags from My Mind’s Eye Pal Beach collection in a unique way — cut in half as confetti triangles to draw the eye to my card’s sentiment and repeat the celebratory theme of my card.”
Aren’t Suz’s cards so fun??!!! Fabulous cards, Suz!!
Wendy’s card is next:
She says, “A tropical embellishment cluster just made me happy!”
It makes us happy too, Wendy!
And finally, I here is mine from the SB Kit:
and one made from the DITL Kit. I used two DITL cards, a 6×6 paper and the alpha and label sticker sheet set:
We hope you enjoyed these cards and will make some fun cards on your own. Even if you only use your kits for scrapbooking or documenting your Day in the Life, you’re going to have some leftovers. What to do? Make a card!
Enjoy your kits, my friends. They will be arriving VERY SOON!
xx
