Something new starting this month.  I will be posting my gallery spotting but also, giving a little extra love to a special Daisy each month.  I will be working out the kinks as I go so bare with me!

First, lets check out the gallery.  Wow.  You all out did yourself in March, there was lots of gorgeous work to admire.  First is Ann Sigga and her dreamy PL pages.  I love her color choices and the mix of photos in different sizes.  Polished but not.  Perfect!

Next up is Sillypea or Jennifer.  Gosh, I adore the way she cut out that paper in a circle.  I love this paper and would have been terrified to do this.  Now I can’t wait to cut into it.

Then there is Marie (Mison) There is so much gorgeous stuff here.  Her style is so free and controlled at the same time.  I adore her stamping on this.  It’s amazing.

Look at this magical layout filled with lovely little details by LyndaC.  It is so “pretty princess”!  Which by the way, is an adjective like “sporty spice”  Just a little lesson in Denisese.

Just realized there is a huge pattern of pink going on here.  Love it.  Going to break things up here and post this one by Terry.  I love the side by side photo of her son.  Look at that little corker and the big fisherman!  So adorable.  Love the title.

Now I wanted to highlight a special Daisy today.  Iskawire.  Her gallery this month was outstanding.  I loved so many of her layouts.  Here are just a few.

Just gorgeous!    Iska lives in Houston Texas with  Elsie (7) and Wyatt (5) and her handsome, firefighter husband Jarad.  She works as at Rice University in a dual role of fundraising and Talent Management.

She has been a scrapper since 1999 and still loves a good two page spread but has also focused on Project Life since 2009.  She also has spent the last  three years sorting and scrapping four volumes of vintage family photos.  She usually scraps at night when her children are in bed and her husband is on shift for the fire department.

Iska has a blog called Iska’s Wire. She says it’s a bit dusty due to the juggle of work/family but she is pretty regular on   Instagram @Iskawire.  She also has a great Pinterest account with some fantastic inspiration @Iska Wire.

I love how Iska is never afraid to mix things up in her layouts.  She loves color and texture.  We are happy to have her hang with us here at Cocoa Daisy.  Hope you will check her out in the gallery and follow her on Pinterest and IG!
