I can hardly believe it, it’s 2020 already! It seems like just a short while I was setting my 2019 intentions. I’m excited to see what the new year has in store for me and wanted to share a bit about how I will plan with intention in 2020. I don’t set traditional New Year resolutions, but I do choose a word for the year and work to make that word the focus of every day life.
After giving it much though, I decide to use last year’s word again for 2020… ACTION. I made a lot of progress with it in 2019 but feel that I still have some good habits that I need to implement and some changes to be made, so I’m bringing it with me into the new year.
The way I intend to plan with intention is to use my planner to help implement some of the habits I want to create and reinforce. Things like practicing gratitude, tracking fitness, and goal setting. Incorporating my word for the year into my planner set up each month is going to help keep that word visible to me at all times.
Printing out quotes that relate to ACTION, and adding them to my set up, is a great way to keep it at the forefront of my mind.
Motivational Cocoa Daisy Pocket Cards are another great way to reinforce my word or intention.
Cocoa Daisy printables, available in the shop, like these trackers, are an excellent tool for tracking and measuring progress.
Incorporating stamps, stickers, and other items that help reinforce my focus of daily ACTION is another great way to help achieve those goals.
