Hello Daisies! I wanted to give you a peek inside my January planner that I am in the process of setting up. I decided I wanted to try and use a pocket rings notebook to see how I liked it (who am I???) If you have been following me for awhile you know A6 is my size…whether it is in rings or a TN so to go to a pocket size is very different for me. I am using the new Vintage Thicket from The FoxyFix in Pocket rings with a snap closure.
First off is a dashboard I made from one of the dashboards in the dashboard kit. When I first saw this dashboard I knew right away It would make a great monthly goals page but since I am using pocket size the personal sized dashboard was just too big. So I hand cut the main elements and just glued them back on a pocket sized piece of paper I cut from the Memory keeping dori to make the same idea for a pocket size. I absolutely love the way it turned out!
Next is my monthly page. I used a printable from Annies plans in the pocket plus size. I LOVE the Pocket Plus size! Everyone who does inserts need to add in the pocket plus to their inventory lol! It’s kind of like personal verses personal wide…. the pocket plus is about 1/4″ wider. A monthly is a must for me and I was super excited to discover that the weeks sticker kit fit perfectly on this size monthly!
Next up is my work section. Usually I have a separate planner for work things but I am implementing a new system so thought I would try to keep all pertinent info in one planner. I was able to cut down this personal sized dashboard into pocket size and added a bit of the greenery from one of the printable to add a bit of pop to the page.
Next up is my weekly section. This section is for all the weekly tasks I have to get done. I am using JeseniaPrintables sideways weeklies for this. I LOVE her sideways layouts! I show a bit more in my video. I love using circles on my dashboards and I love how all the colors just look so great together!
Next up is my Daily section and again I am using JeseniaPrintables in the sideways dailies for this section. I don’t always use a daily but am going to attempt to use one everyday in January. I am really digging the circles and used them in a different way on this dashboard. This dash just makes me smile…. Love the New Year vibe!
Last but not least is my notes section. I cut my mini dori down to pocket plus size for this. I love the artwork in the dori and love to reflect on my notes, whether it be church notes, quotes, affirmations etc. I cut out the clock artwork from one of the personal dashboards to make it work with my color scheme. I dded a couple of die cuts and glued those to one of the papers I cut down and embellished with paper stripes. Love ow this one turned out as well!
