Hi everyone! This is Sabrina with the Memory Keeping Team and I wanted to share with you some ways to use all the awesome leaf products in November’s Memphis Season kits. There is vellum leaves, leaf patterned paper, a variety of leaf stamps, and puffy sticker leaves. So there is plenty of options in this months kit to document fall and celebrate it!

For my project I decided to document a bike ride where I collected leaves. My favorite season to cycle is fall. I wound up collecting a rainbow of leaves and took a photo when I got home. I decided to take this photo and make it a 4 x 8 and on the back are used all those wonderful different leaves to stamp a custom pattern. I then added in one sentiment and some journaling.

I then included several other photos from my bike ride and some journaling cards and layered on some of the different types of leaf products in the kit. I love how this page came together and had so much fun playing with Memphis Season!

My fellow creative team member Melanie Blackburn created a stunning travelers notebook page to document herself right now. I love her overall design and how used the green vellum leaves to frame her title. Melanie really knows how to create striking layouts.

Here’s what she said about her project: “I’m so excited to be sharing my leaf inspired TN spread!! The Memphis kits are gorgeous and offer a wide array of fall theme items. One of my favorite items is the vellum leaf diecuts, they are especially gorgeous. I thought it would be fun to use a pair of matching leaves to create a loose interpretation of a wreath. By combining the diecuts at the top and bottom of my title work it creates a fun frame, almost like a wreath that wraps around my title work.”

“You might notice a slight discrepancy in my spread, my title says October and my date is September, oooops! At first I wanted to use a quote regarding living in world of Octobers but opted to use the gorgeous diecuts, however I completely forgot that my date no longer “matched” my title work, oh well, it makes for a quirky spread.”
