Planner Play with Cocoa Daisy “South Beach” Kits

Hey, Planner Friends! It’s Rachel and I’m back on the blog to share some planner spreads for the month of July!

How many different planners can you use with your Cocoa Daisy Kits? If you ask me, I’d say all of them!

No really, it’s true! This month, I tried out this gorgeous month’s kit in as many planners as I could!

First, I embellished my Pocket TN that I’m using for my wallet. In the spirit of Christine’s “Use Your Stash” challenge, I pulled out some dashboards I have previously made and added a Pocket Card right on top. How cute is Betty feeling those summer vibes? To the pocket I adhered a die cut and clipped that adorable floppy hat clip to the sticky notes. I always like having a few of the the notepad sheets inside my wallet set-up and that sentiment perfectly speaks to what this month of July has been all about.

Next I used die cuts, tabs, the papers and dashboard to set up my standard size traveler’s notebook. Since Miami is our new home, I like to think that this month’s kit was personally made for me (hee hee!).

Naturally, the kit goodies looked great in the Standard Dori insert. Since we are traveling and moving this month, I decided to stick to the layout provided. I haven’t planned this way in awhile and I quite liked it!

I kept to a basic format of events on the one side of the daily box and to-do’s on the other side. I mixed up the “bullet points” by using hearts, arrows, and icons, along with a few checklists.

In June, I played around with an A5 Filofax Clipbook and I LOVED it! This streamlined planner is perfect for A5 lovers looking for less bulk. The planner comes with a week on one page layout, something I’m not used to but was excited to try.

It reminds me of the Hobonichi weeks setup and with it’s slightly larger dimensions, it was perfect for me! So I just HAD to get my kit goodies onto these pages, too! With Cocoa Daisy’s new sticker kit release, I know exactly which planner I’ll be using those stickers in. Check out the Plan with Me I did in this planner on my YouTube Channel.

Does this every happen to you? You are packing up your planner and craft supplies to move to your new home 1000 miles away, and as you are packing, you discover planners you have maybe neglected?

So you set them aside and after several hours of packing, you take out those planners and treat yourself to some planner play. Just me?

Well, this is exactly what happened with my Classic Happy Planner and my NEED to use the Planner Stickers Kit in this planner. And you know what is amazing? Even after planning in so many planners, I still have so much of the kit items left. And when I run out, I can still use the printables!

So there you have it – a month of Cocoa Daisy Kits in four different planners! You’ll have to come back to see which planners my Cocoa Daisy Kits ends up in next month!
