Today, I’ll show you how versatile our planner kits are. I do my planning bullet journal style inside a grid notebook so I am always looking for other ways I can use the daily pages and dashboards that come with my kits. This month’s kit was filled with lots of lemon goodness so I focused on that and made a mini-recipe book about lemons.
First, I trimmed all the pages I’m using in 4 x 6 size and punched through them to make a ring type album. I used a mix of dashboards, planner pages and acetate from the Lemon Grove kit. I am so crazy about rings lately because you could easily move things around however way you want.
I strategically trimmed through the planner pages so that my recipe sheets would look more pleasing. The next thing I did was to write the recipes down to ensure that I have enough space within the page. Any spaces left would be filled up with stickers and die cuts.
I also used the personal sized dashboards to act as spacers in between the recipes. I covered the non-relevant text up with pocket cards from the memory keeping kits.
All recipes featured in my recipe book are from Allrecipes.com
I’m so excited to try these out. Hope I inspired you to make a lemon themed recipe book too. Thank you for passing by. 🙂
