Hey crafty ones!
I absolutely love tags but sometimes get stuck on how I can use them in my layouts or just in general. They’re great for layering, card-making, or even as a title.
Here is a layout I did to journal about our new home.
I used bits and pieces from the Cherry Blossom kit and the Picket Fence kit. The colors all matched so well. I love the butterfly stickers since I have often used butterflies in my life to document change and us moving back to the east coast was a huge change! I then used the arrow stamps to create a repetitive background and had the ink fade as it got closer to the butterflies for some balance.
Check out Kylie’s beautiful layout! I can’t get enough of how she layers all the crafty goodies.
Here is what she has to say about her layout:
“I’ve used one of the tags to help frame and add balance to my photo. I really loved the ephemera from the Classified Memory Keeping kit this month and have added some to my page design. The burst of pink against the blues and greens in my TN helps achieve my Spring theme.”
Until next time crafty ones!
