Pocket page with phrase journal cards

Hello to everyone !!!

I am happy to meet you here, to share with you my pockets pages!
I wanted to use the cards by cutting them.
So I took the best sentences, the most suitable words to make the titles and bring some text in my layout. I also used the kit memory keeping stickers, I love this kit so easy to use!

It was fabulous to spend this day outside with this unexpected sun and be able to scrape these memories so easily with the “Fresh Cut” kits.

I added some die-cuts too

I present you now the page of Robin Adryan, which you already know I think.

Her page is fabulous, I love her scrapbook.

You saw this beautiful flower !!!

Robin gave me the explanation of her creative approach, she says:

I created this pocket page with some of my favorite photos from Spring 2018. I wanted it to be bold and happy but tried to balance the color by choosing phrase cards with lots of white. I kept my journaling to one pocket and I used the March calendar card as the background rather than a solid color card or paper. This helped the card blend in and not stand out. The reason I did this is because I wanted to draw the eye around the page with the stitched flowers and the various butterflies. I used little bits from the kits including phrase stickers, sparkling enamel dots, a butterfly from the classified MK kit, and a couple of rub on leaves to emphasize the stitching. The top right card provides a place for the eyes to rest. I kept it very simple with a stitched flower and stem as the only addition. Due to all the text in this layout, I used that top right card as my “third” phrase sticker in keeping with the rule of 3’s. I love simple but I really had a lot of fun with this and I moved the cards and photos around quite a bit before I decided what I liked best. Please use whatever photos you like and don’t feel obligated to use them all.

Here is one last detail of her layout, it’s so beautiful !!

I hope you liked, we’ll meet soon, good scrap !!!
