Hello daisies!
This month I’m bringing you on a different setup than you’re used to be getting from me. So hop on and let me show you how I used my Cocoa Daisy kits in my new Hobonichi weeks.
On the outside I cut of the dashboards down to fit inside the plastic cover, I grabbed on of the doilies from the main planner kits and decorated it a bit before adhering it on the dashboard. The dashboard is secured with a bit of washi on the back, making it easy to switch out next month!
Something I like to add in is the monthly overview pocket card, it’s both pretty and nice to just get a quick overview of the weeks. I also like to keep a couple of sticky notes with me to jot small, or big, things down.
The monthly overview is something I’ve always loved decorating. Here I like to keep track of bigger events and things that span over time. This month for example my mom came to visit for a few days and I also have my holiday staycation marked with a bit of washi.
In my first weekly view I put down the date stickers from the date sticker sheet in the main planner kit, tons of washi and a bit little from the free printables. I love how the printables offer a variety of sizes that can add a bit of fun to any spread. If you haven’t played around with fussy cutting I really encourage you try! Personally I adore my Cutterbee scissors, they’re very fine pointed, sharp and has a bit of grip to them giving me the control I need to cut nicely.
At the very back I put one of the clear pockets, I had to cut this one down a bit which was SO scary. But the outcome is nice and I love that I have somewhere to tuck notes, recites and misc things.
On my YouTube channel I’m sharing the process video of this setup, click HERE to go watch it 💕
Take care!
Love, Anna
Anna, you know I love your spreads! Thank you so much for sharing!
