November Project Life Pocket Inspiration

Hello Daisies! I love the beach but I love the mountains just as much. It’s the trees and the majestic views that I can actually feel in my heart and so its now surprise the tree cards and papers in the Snow Globe collection caught my attention immediately! I created a December 2017 2-page 12×12 spread based on two tree cards that inspired me, plus that adorable Abominable Snowman.

I love the gorgeous blues and greens of this collection. There is a touch of blue that make the trees stand out for me. And my favorite techniques to enhance my stories are texture paste and hand stitching.  They add a simple elegance that make me happy without competing with the beauty of a memory keeping collection.

I couldn’t decide which side of the Abominable Snowman to use and finally decided that last year, this was definitely how I felt about snow!

As you can see in my layout, I love being outside in spite of my feelings concerning the snow.

In my last photo I wanted to show the way the stitching and ephemera from the Snow Globe kit are positioned to lead you around this 2-page spread. I hope you enjoyed this post and that something in my layout inspires you.

Wishing all of our military families and veterans a happy Veteran’s Day today.

Take care!
