I’ve been having a rough time lately dealing with some personal problems and having to make some adjustments to my usual routine. I’ve been feeling down, overwhelmed and anxious about some issues. I decided to take action by personally trying to change my outlook though the power of words.
I love quotes and I believe that they truly have the power to influence a person’s thoughts and feelings. They sound like the words of a friend who is there to encourage you during tough times.
I get the quotes at random from reading books and articles, from social media memes, etc. I only document the ones that ‘speak’ to me.
The journal that I use for this is the Stalogy 365. I allot one page per quote and I just add decoration in the form of stickers. So quick and so cute! No fuss!
When I’m feeling down or anxious, I just turn to specific quotes in my journal to help me feel better and ready to face the world.
Do you love quotes too? How do you incorporate them in your craft projects or daily life? Share them in the comments below.
Thank you!
Ria
