Hello Daisy Fans!

I am IN LOVE with the May 2018 kit; typewriters, birds, black and white with accents for a pop of color….. it’s just perfect! (Yes, I say that every month!)

I’m here today to share my 5 favorite items from the kit. Let me tell you, it was hard for me to pick just 5 items. Everything is stunning.

First item is summed up with one word; CHARMS ! I love the typewriter charm and have it on the spine of my traveler’s notebook I’m using for the #CDJournalEveryDayInMay challenge. (Here’s a link to the list of prompts if you’re interested in joining; it’s not too late! (Journal Challenge)  I’m also using the other charms on my ring bound planner!

Another favorite item from this month’s kit is the Simon card! I ALWAYS love a good Simon card, but this one just takes the cake! I have it up front and center in my planner.

One of things that is unique to this particular kit is all the circles! There are circle stamps and circle stickers and circle chip board stickers. The coolest part, to me, is that they all layer together so nicely!

Fourth on my list are another unique item; the embroidery adhesives! I’ve seen so many creative ideas being posted in the facebook group (Cocoa Daisy Planner Fans) and I’d love to see yours, too! I’ve used a couple of mine in my planner already!

Last up, I have something more general to share. Each month, Christine does a fantastic job of adding quotes here and there throughout the kit, whether it’s the pocket memory keeping kit or the planner kit. This month, a lot of the quotes just spoke to my soul. I clipped my favorite one out and glued it to a dashboard in my journal.
