Hi everyone!
Last month, I decided to give daily gratitude journaling a try. Â I used my Standard Daisy Dori as my journal for it. Â First, I labelled the dates with the stickers that came in the March Planner kit.
I would sit down with my Dori at the end of each day just to write things that I am grateful for.  I didn’t bother to decorate the pages at all.  More than making a page pretty, it became more important for me to just get down and write quickly.  This way, it takes me less than 5 minutes to fill the page and each night, I get the job done.
I always tend to focus on the things that have been going wrong in my life or the things that I don’t have.  I’ve started this gratitude journaling practice hoping to develop an ‘attitude of gratitude’.  Writing down what I am grateful for has made me more appreciative of the little things like a delicious dinner, longer hours of sleep, etc.
Jotting down the good things has helped me to be more positive and to see the glass as half full. Â Last month, we had to spend a lot of money because our car broke down. Â Rather than despair about the expense, I managed to feel grateful we have the money to get the car fixed.
I’m hoping to make gratitude journaling a regular practice now that I’ve seen its benefits on my life. Hope you can try it too. 🙂

What a great idea! Thanks for sharing! I hope you’ll be able to continue – I should do that in July which is always a hard month for me because my me-time will be so limited with the kids home all day!
Thanks so much Simone! Hope I can continue as long as I can. It will take less than 5 minutes, without decors, hehehe. Hope you can start too 🙂
