Hi everyone, Miriam here this morning sharing some tips and tricks that I love to use to get the most out of my stamps each month. It’s really not tricky at all, actually pretty simple, all you need is some vellum paper, your stamps and of course some ink. When I get my stamps each month after I’m done drooling over them I love to pull out some vellum paper and just stamp all over, this months bird and bookworm stamps have been some of my favorites ever!
This makes it so much easier to see what stamps I have to work with whenever I’m working on a layout or a day in the life spread. I just cut them out when I want to use them and add a little glue or use my tiny attacher or a little pop up dot to use on my project. I love to use my stamps directly on my pictures but that can either be a hit or miss type of situation, this way I don’t ruin any pictures and if I decide it doesn’t work for me I can just remove it without ruining any photos or layouts. I get so much more use out my stamps this way ! Here are a few projects I’ve used this on, I really like the see thru effect on the pictures, I always prefer stamping with black ink but of course using some color would be fun too!
Well I hope you’ve enjoyed this post and did I already mention these stamps were absolutely the funnest to work with!!! Have a great day and don’t forget reveal in just two more days!! Yay!!
Love your layouts and PL pages with this technique! Thank you for sharing.
Genius idea!! Here I was thinking these were all stamped on when I viewed your projects before! Loved these all.
