Saturday Seminar Summary- July

Daisies!

Have you heard?

It’s back to school time!

I don’t know about you, but I have had a crazy busy summer!  I am, without a doubt, going to continue squeezing every ounce of sun, fun, and family out of every second that remains! That being said, maybe you have not been able to keep up with the July Saturday seminars on our Facebook fan page. I have a hard time myself but, with kiddos heading back to school maybe you will have a minute or two to sit down and see what happened in July in regards to the Saturday seminars. I have enjoyed going back and seeing all the great tips, tricks and inspiration! I’ve listed below some from our awesome design team.

Sequins:

Anna shared a video on how she made a shaker bookmarker using the amazing sequins. Kylie showed her fun shaker dashboard!!

Check out the original post on Facebook.

Transparencies:

Kylie told us how she cut hers as a curved pocket and used clear double sided tape to attached it to a planner page for storing her dashboards in. Anna used hers as a tip-in where she added post-its and notes. Simone shared a great video about how she uses hers in her dori’s! She used one as an extra page and the other she had sewn onto her back cover!

Bookmarks:

Anna shares her two she used in her mini dori. The one for the planning section marks both day and weekly overview and the one in her meal planning section has a little pocket for coupons or lists and what not. And both a e totally cute! She also included an awesome video with a tutorial!! Kylie makes the cutest little slotted page marks. She put a link for us to learn how she makes them.

Planner charms:

Simone loves making her short and putting them on the elastic for her travelers notebooks.

Dashsboards and decorated covers:

Anna had a fun idea of using the dashboards as decorations! Not just in her planner but around her craft room, Laura uses hers as tags and bookmarks.

These are not all of the ideas that are over there kids! Go check out all the links and while you’re there, why not add your tips tricks and ideas? I can’t wait to see them all!

Thanks for stopping by, enjoy the rest of your summer and I will talk to you all next time!
