Hello everyone! Janet here poppin’ to ask, do you use your Daisy Dori for memory keeping? I do. I love doing this in my Dori. I want to show you how you can be inspired by the Cocoa Daisy Sketches and adapt them to create layouts in your Daisy Dori.
I use the Standard Dori as a family journal and love putting in memories made throughout the month. I caught up with some moments from last year that I wanted to document. Here is the first one, using the March Scrapbook Kit and March Cocoa Daisy Sketch. First, let me show you the sketch:
I followed the sketch pretty closely, using it on the right half of my booklet:
I used the Chasing Dreams papers found in the March Paper Add-On, I thought the word strips were perfect for the paper strip elements in this sketch. Then I used the plus stickers for the “heart” accents and my tiny title from the worded paper from the Scrapbook Kit.
My second layout comes from the February Sketch, using a mix of the February DITL and Scrapbook Kits:
here’s the sketch.
I basically split the sketch in half to spread across the pages:
This was fun, and because of the smaller size, it’s not as daunting as a 12×12. I hope I have given you some ideas and would love for you to try this format next month when the April Sketch comes out!
Until then, Happy Scrappin’! ♥ ♥ ♥
