Journaling/Scrapbooking On The Go – What To Take??

Hi Lisa here.

We are about to head off on our family vacation. I usually keep a journal to write up all our travel notes and stories whilst we are away. This year, I’ve decided to take it a step further and take a Traveler’s Notebook. I’ve bought myself a HP Sprocket Printer to print mini photos from my phone and I would like to decorate my pages a little too.

I’m going to keep it really simple. I decluttered my Cocoa Daisy kits last week and I’ve taken out suitable stickers, die cuts and journal cards. These are lightweight and quick and easy to use so idea.

I’ve also made sure that I have my essentials with me. As well as my Sprocket and Travelers Notebook I have a pouch with various pens and pencils, including watercolour pencils. I also have a mini stapler, post its, scissors (for my checked luggage) and mini double sided tape.

I used the clear bags from the planner and pocket kits to store my supplies. I love these bags. I really like being able to see what’s inside them.

I think that’s all I need : )

If you would like to see a short video of me showing all these items and chatting about them and going through my Cocoa Daisy bits and pieces, you can watch that here.

Thanks so much and have a great weekend!!
