Hi! I am super excited to come back another month for another sketch idea for the simple dori. Here is the sketch:
The whole idea is to be able to incorporate multiple photos on a layout. The right side are three 3″x4″ pocket cards washi taped in to create a flip page. You can add photos, hidden journaling, or just use it as a decorative element.
Here is my layout using this sketch:
I created a layout focused on things I love. For this simple dori I am putting together a mini album of all the things, people, and ideas I currently love. Underneath the pocket cards are photos of things I am currently loving and journaling to go along with it.
This sketch is so versatile and can be incorporated into a 12″x12″ layout too. Check out Moon’s layout:
I love how she did multiple photos all focused on brunch! She used bits & pieces from older kits. It even kind of looks like a simple dori layout by the way she used her papers.
Robin used the same pocket card I used but her layout looks completely different! Check it out:
Traci took on a fun take and documented about all the hype right now with Tidying Up with Marie Condo. I love what she did with the sketch idea.
Show us your take on the sketch and share it in the Memory Keeping with Cocoa Daisy Facebook group.
Pin it here and share with all your crafty friends!
Until next time,
