Hello Cocoa Daisies!

It’s Annie again and today I want to share with you all how my monthly planning went for the month of May. For this month, I chose to use my vintage pink Finchley Filofax because the color matches the May planner kit perfectly. This month’s planner kit features beautiful shades of pink with accents color of green and blue. And can we just mention how beautiful all of the florals are?!

Here is what the gorgeous May inserts look like in my vintage pink Finchley Filofax, I think this is my favorite monthly kit from Cocoa Daisy by far:

After I chose my planner for the month, I grabbed the month on two pages part of the inserts and wrote down my plans for the month.

After I got everything written down, I grabbed my sticker sheet that was included in the kit. I used the mini tear drop stickers to indicate which days that I had a bill due on.

Now that all of the planning is done, it’s time to embellish! I always love using the stickers included and die cuts for embellishing. I normally use a tape runner to adhere die cuts but feel free to use a glue stick if you have one lying around. I look for open spaces in the spread and embellish there.

Now that my embellishments are finished, I just popped everything back into my planner to swoon over! I used a clip from Hautepinkfluff and a magnetic bookmark from Becky Higgins to add extra oomf to my planner. Both were included in the kit.
