Daily Pages in my Dori.

Hello everyone!

Kylie with you all today to share how I use a Standard Dori for my daily notes. My preference for planning is using my A5 planner, but it is a bulky unit to take places. I use my Dori as my on the go planner as it fits nicely within my bag. It’s great for housing all my notes, shopping lists and jotting down appointments etc that I can later transfer into my weekly A5 pages. It is also ideal for me to use for forward planning.

Each month I enjoy adding to the front of my Dori. I have really enjoyed the bright colours that pop this month….

When I first receive my Dori each month I will also go through and add the days and dates to all of my pages. There are 3 ruled sections to each page and I tend to allow one day per page, but you could also add a whole week to two open pages. By using one day per page generally fills up my Dori nicely and leaves some blank pages in the middle for my shopping lists etc. Quite often I will add Saturday and Sunday to one page.

I tend to use stamps for adding my dates and days because I like to use the stickers in my A5 planner. Being my daily planner I tend to jot down everything quickly and in point form.

Some of my favourite stamps to use are the February stamps as well as the stamps from last October. It is this set that I use the little heart from for my point making.

Usually I will have a one or two cards left over from the previous months, co-ordinating Pocket Memory kit and I will use these as a page mark or tip in. I attach them just with washi tape and although they may not have too much of a practical purpose I love the colour it adds to my pages.

I use most of my die cuts again in my A5 planner but in my Dori I love adding in lots of the FREE printables.

I mixed it up a little with the day stamps for these pages and liked the bolder text. The sticky notes are always great for adding highlight to anything extra important.I have also added the striped acetate from this month just with some washi tape as a page mark.

I hope you have enjoyed seeing my pages today and it inspires you with your own Dori or planning……
