Hi Daisies!!!  Hope you all are having a great week so far 🙂 Just popping in to show a few fun things I did to get myself ready for April!!!

I went to a scrapbook/stamp convention in my home town a few weeks back and picked up this thick transparent sheet with clouds on it…trimmed that baby down to use as my dashboard!  It is so perfect for the April Kit!!!

I was inspired by Cocoa Daisy Design Team member, Ashli Oliver, on this idea!!!!!  Ashli is always using the cute “paper bag” packaging from the Cocoa Daisy Kits into her projects/layouts and it is just lovely (she even uses planner inserts in her layouts too…you must go check her gallery out)!!!  I decided to take the “paper bag” packaging from the Daisy Day Planner Kit and trim it down to make a pocket, to store some of the loose note pad sheets!!!

Here is the back side…just added some fun stickers 🙂

I love, love, love the Custom Die Cuts that were included in our kit from Evalicious!!!  I added one to a trimmed down piece of cardstock to create a “Food Idea” list…I am always on the hunt for new recipes!!!  That sweet little heart that I stamped out all along the left hand side of this sheet, is included in the Wood Calendar Number Stamp Set…

I am still using the week in review sheets for meal planning.  Added another Custom Die Cut and stamped out the dates…

Created a simple page marker with a trimmed down piece of white cardstock and added “This Week” Custom Die Cut to the top…

I wanted to add a few photos to my planner and I found this little pocket page insert that holds four 3×3 photos/cards…I can change out the photos from time to time…love it 🙂 This pocket page insert only had 2 holes so I used one of the planner insert pages as a template and punched out the holes needed!  Having a single hole punch around is very handy when you have a ring binder planner 🙂
