Redeeming Gift Certificates

If you receive a Gift Certificate by email it will contain details about who sent you the Gift Certificate, and possibly a short message from them. The email will also contain the Gift Certificate Redemption Code. You may want to print out this email for future reference. You can now redeem the Gift Certificate in one of these three ways:

1. Click the link contained within the email. This will take you to the Cocoa Daisy store's Redeem Gift Certificate page. You will then need to create an account or log in to your existing account. The Gift Certificate will be validated and placed in your Gift Certificate balance, ready for you to spend on whatever you want.

2. During the checkout process, on the Payment Method page in the area above the credit card icons, there is a box to enter a Redemption Code. Enter the Redemption Code here and click the Redeem button. The code will be validated and the amount added to your Gift Certificate balance.

You can now use the redeemed amount to purchase any item from our store.

3. Paste or type your redeem code into the form at the bottom of this page and click the Redeem button. You will then need to create an account or log in to your existing account. The Gift Certificate will be validated and placed in your Gift Certificate balance, ready for you to spend on whatever you want.
