Subscription Terms and Policies
Monthly Kit Delivery: Once you’ve signed up for a six-month subscription commitment, your kit will be delivered to you automatically until you cancel. Three-month, prepaid subscriptions will be delivered for the three months and then discontinued. Your credit card of record will be billed on the 5th of each month for Main kit and Day in the Life kit subscriptions.
- Note: please let us know if your credit card renews, as we’ll need to update the expiration date!
We ship subscriber kits by the 12th of each month. Please note that subscriptions do not earn Daisy Points; there is more detail in our FAQs.
Adding Coordinating Cardstock and/or Patterned Paper to Your Monthly Kit:
We offer a coordinating cardstock (nine sheets) and a selection of patterned papers with each monthly kit. Cardstock and patterned papers can be automatically included with your monthly kit delivery for $5.50 (cardstock) and $11.50 (patterned paper) each month. Simply select this option in the store or send us a request.
On the 28th of each month at 9pm Eastern Time we send Scrapbook kit, DITL, and Planner KIT subscribers an email announcing the preview of our upcoming kit, with a link to a subscriber-only area in the Cocoa Daisy Store. Subscribers may order monthly addons in advance of the product being made available to the general public, by following the link in the email.
Add-ons ordered prior to the 2nd of each month will be included with your monthly kit. No additional shipping charges are applied unless either noted in the add-on description or if the weight of a package exceeds 3.5lbs, at which time a small shipping fee may be applied. After the 2nd of each month, we can no longer guarantee that subscribers add-on orders and their monthly kit will be shipped together with no additional shipping charges* (see note below).
Communication from Cocoa Daisy:
Please note that email is the primary method of communication from Cocoa Daisy, and you agree to open and read emails. Further, it is your responsibility to be sure Cocoa Daisy has a current, working email address at all times.
Cancellation Policy/end of subscription:
If you wish to cancel your membership, please notify us by completing this form prior to the 20th of the month. Otherwise we will automatically renew your commitment month-to-month until you notify us that you would like to discontinue your subscription. If you wish to cancel your membership before your subscription term is complete, please complete the form and we will handle your request on a case by case basis. An early cancellation fee of $15 per subscription may be applied.
Canceling your recurring payments with PayPal will not cancel your subscription with Cocoa Daisy. If canceling a PayPal subscription, you will need to either provide Cocoa Daisy with another method of payment, or with a cancellation request.
Skipping a Monthly Kit:
Kits on a membership plan may not be skipped. Please email us if there are extenuating circumstances and we will handle each request on a case by case basis.
We ship our kits using the United States Postal Service’s Priority Mail. The shipping rates are available on our FAQ page under "What are the shipping rates?".
*Please note that, although we charge a flat rate for subscriptions and will ship add-ons and other orders for free with your kits (if ordered through the Subscriber link by the 2nd of the month), if the actual shipping cost is more than 25% over the flat fee you will be charged for additional shipping in excess of 25% over the flat rate and the parcel will not be shipped until that amount is paid.
At the time you purchase your subscriptions you are automatically charged the full shipping amount for each kit; we will make that adjustment and refund the difference around the 24th of the month.
Please note: While we wish we could ensure that every package we ship arrives quickly and in perfect condition, sometimes things go wrong in transit. Once we send your Cocoa Daisy goodies on their way we can no longer be responsible for delays or damage. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and it becomes your responsibility to contact the USPS for resolution. International shipments are not considered missing for six weeks; after that time if your package has not arrived please contact us at email@example.com.
Address or Payment Changes:
You may update your credit card details on our secure form. Please also use this form for all address changes, as changing your address in the store does not update your address in our postal software or change it for your subscription.
Payments & Transaction Security:
We accept Mastercard,Visa and PayPal* as payment. Cocoa Daisy customers should know that we do not store your credit card or ordering information on our Internet Server. Your financial information is protected by industrial-strength
encryption. The information in transit is secured with a Starfield Technologies Web Server Certificate. Transactions on this
site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Socket Layer Encryption.
*If you purchase a subscription in our store and check out using regular PayPal, that will require us to invoice you every month and there is a two dollar per month surcharge for that service. If you’d rather avoid the fee, you can sign up for automated PayPal by choosing the appropriate subscription here or provide your credit card card number on our secure online form.
