I had never even tried to loose weight until last May when I joined Weight Watchers Online. Diets and stuff just wasn't for me. But I have a bunch of friends who have been very enthusiastic about Weight Watchers and I suddenly decided to give it a try. It worked SO well. I was so surprised. BUT... then Tuva came along and I've been eating way too much for so long now. I'm almost back to where I started last year. This week I joined Weight Watchers again. It feels different this time. Knowing how well I did last year is both encouraging and kind of scary.




), but I don't seem to have the will-power to stick to the WW system for more than a couple of weeks at a time now. I love food too much!





I will be really good about exercising and eating well and then when I reach a decent weight I'll think I can just quit all those good habits and then I end up back where I was before...it's a vicious cycle! I am totally a foodie too which makes it hard! >:D
