Welcome to week 4 of our summer challenges.
This week is all about one of my favourite topics. Food

I'm such a foody. I love cooking, baking, trying new recipes, buying new bake ware and of course eating

So this week, I would like you to make a food related LO please.
Anything goes as long as there is food of some sorts involved somewhere.
A favourite food or restaurant, a child with a grubby foody face, a celebration with food, a recipe......

As previous weeks, the challenge runs until Sunday 24th July. 10pm EST.

I did one a while ago about my asparagus patch and how much I love to eat what it produces.

Will have to see what else I can dig up.

This is my all time favorite food page of mine! Thankfully I baked before it got too hot here. It's so hot now, I'd only consider making an ICE CREAM pie!

The dish looks so pretty, what is it? Some kind of salad?

It is a salad with bulgur and goat cheese, Lis!

Recepie as follows;

Make as many portions of bulgur as you need. Let it cool.
Mix olive oil, thyme, basil, parsil, garlic, lemon and balsamic vinagre to a dressing. Mix that with the cold bulgur, but save a little of the dressing.

Put some ruccola and mixed salad in the botton of a bowl. Then you put the bulgur on top of that. Over the bulgur you mash goat cheese and decorate with a couple of red union rings.
Drubble the dressing over. You can put some honeyroasted walnuts and nectarin slices on top.
