I noticed how the two of you are very "blog savvy" and was wondering if you could tell me how to post a link to a site when I post on my blog? Thanks for any help - really appreciate it!

It's easy in blogspot.

You'll see a row of icons, the one you want is the one that is a globe with two chain "links" on it. You can type in what you want it to look like- the website name or click here or whatever, then you highlight that, and click that icon. You might have to click the yellow bar and say "allow scripted something or other" and then you put the web address in there and it will insert it into your message.

There might be another way, but that's how I do it.

In regards to your query, I am more familiar with the typepad system and that's why I chose it.  I found Blogger had too many steps to follow compared to typepad    I would definitely encourage you to look into typepad.  Typepad has a button that you just click on, write in the site address and it creates the link for you  there is no need to know HTML.

Type in the text you want linked.
Highlight it.
Click on the "World with Chains" icon.
Paste the URL in the box that pops up.
You're good to go!

Hey Barb- you are right! It was there - they did not pick it as a winner or for their favs, and I love it so much that I may save it for my HOF entry so I took it off my blog

How do you Babs and Miriam have your blog and gallery as a link  under your posts. How did you do that?

I tried but couldn't work it out so have to have the whole address details

Hey sorry for getting back to you so late with an answer - I don't think they are posted yet (the rules that is) but I know in the past they don't like any of your entries to have been posted anywhere, so I took it down. Not sure how I am going to do the links for the final Scrapjack challenges without having to post it - I may try the private album thing at SIS. I know it seems wierd to save a layout this early for a contest due next spring but I just feel like that layout was so "me" LOL! sound cheesy!
