That thing is awesome. I LOVE mine. You can punch holes in so many things with incredible ease. It's a great tool to have.

LOL... I did the very same thing and from what I understand is very common. I have read lots of others say they punched holes in all kinds of things. Have fun.

I need to find one of those displays of free internet software and nab a couple. I am going to make an album from covered CDs, and the cropadile bites right through them so I can thread ribbon. I'll post a pic on my website eventually!

disadvantage.. you cannot use it in the middle of yoiur page.. just along the sides..

Yeah, that's the only thing keeping it from being the perfect eyelet setting tool. I'll just have to get my old fashioned hammering tool out for that. But now I can do most of my eyelets, snaps, conchos, and nailheads without waking up the baby, which is fabulous! I'm hoping to get to work on a project with it today, and if I get the time the pictures will be posted on my blog!

I love my dile to bits! It never was a probem for me that it doesn't set in the middle of the LO because, quite frankly, I never ever set eyelets in the middle. I usually set them on piece of cardstock which I then mount onto the LO - that' how I did it before the dile and now with the dile.

I mainly use it for being able to make CD mini books and punch holes into chipboard shapes and letters {so you can attach ribbons and/or jumprings}

It's the perfect tool, I think

Love mine too!  It even works on your belts if you need an extra hole!!!
