Mison and Sharmaine, both of your pages are amazing!

Sharmaine, you did a great job with the red and black! I would never go there with a messy page. Very brave and such a gorgeous result! Love it!

I just can't master getting pictures to upload here. I just spent 40 minutes trying to get the stupid picture to upload and had to go to photobucket and it killed the detail of the photo.

Anyway, here is my layout for this challenge - AARRRGGGHHHH - I'm really disappointed how awful it is translating

Image

Details for the Inky part - the April Stamp for background. OA Green Meadow Sprinkler and Tim Holtz Butterscotch Reinker Ink Mist for oversprays. Stamped embellishments

Wow! I am thoroughly amazed and impressed with all of these layouts! Especially Jeanette's using the "Burst" stencil -- way to think outside the box!

I created the wavy white lines my making my own "mask" and using moulding paint. I also swipped some white distress stain and splattered some white paint, too!

Gosh the pages so far are amazing!
Here's mine, I used ink all over the background to tone down the girly pastel colours for my boy page, then added some stamping.

WOW! Amazing pages all!!! Ink is wonderful! :)
Here is my take:

Image

My boy, really not his sunny usual self...
Loads of inking with distress inks on this one. Loooove this paper, and wanted to let a lot of it speak for itself, so I've inked a frame, dots with a stencil, all the edges and also clear embossed hexagons.
Welcome to my blog!

I used American Crafts stencil and was nervous but I like how it turned out. Thanks for the challenge as I don't think I would have ventured outside my box of using ink on the edges of my paper and that's it!

awsome LO! I Lóve the stencil!!

Here's mine! I used ink for the stamp and I always ink all the edges of each piece of paper!

My inky entry - I misted over a hand-cut heart mask and inked all the edges. And I guess pen ink counts for the doodled border!
