Do you like to try new recipes?
Is this something you do often?
What was the last one you tried?

I like to vary our menu and love trying out new recipes.
I had lunch at an Indinesian friend's house on Friday who makes the most delicious food.
I'm attempting her beef stew today.
I've come back from her house today with a little goodie bag of spices and Indinesian soy sauce.
It's in the crock and smelling delicious :)

I do love to try new recipes but that usually happens on the weekends. During the week I stick more with recipes I know, although I know quite a few!

Lisa, I actually was thinking of you this weekend because I baked a new recipe. I am always nervous baking, so weird, I am a really good cook but I never measure anything. with baking you have to measure. Anyway, I made a pineapple upside down cake from scratch in my iron skillet. It was soooo yummy.

I love trying new reciies. Last one I tried was for a chicken marsa, loved it, and have been making it a lot ever since.

I do, too. I did balsamic glazed pork recipe that i found on Pinterest. When I bake I need recipes, other stuff I tweak but when it comes to baking I don't trust myself, LOL! And I always burn at least one tray of cookies. I know that if you mess up the baking soda and baking powder it can be a disaster so I always try and follow recipes.

I didn't add the cumin but it still tasted yummy and Zoey ate it up as well. ;D Bonus!
