I hope everyone had a lovely weekend.
Another Monday morning.
I'm up bright and early to start work and have a fluffy latte at my side.
Just popped some rolls into the oven to bake for the packed lunches to go with the leftover roast beef from yesterdays dinner.
Nothing quite like the smell of fresh bread.
Denise, how did the meeting go?
Anna, do you have a link to your video please?
I can't find it.
I only registered at the weekend. I'm afraid I'm behind as usual.
My life seems to constantly be playing catch up.
We had a pleasant weekend.
The kids were out on Saturday.
It was the first time that we dropped Hollie off in town and just left her. We've always stayed in town ourselves and arranged a meet up time.
The girls arranged to meet up with friends and they ended up going to the cineam to see Happyfeet 2
Ade and I got stuck in to my tax return
And yesterday was a lazy pj day.
I cleaned out the guinea pigs and clipped their little claws.
I mopped all the floors and held us all hostage in the family room until they were dry.
We forced Hollie to play on wii party games with us. She always ends up laughing and having fun but has to be forced to do so.
I made a yummy roast beef dinner whilst Hollie baked vanilla cupcakes with choccie frosting and the boys watched footy.
A nice chilled day.
You?

good job Martin ( my ex & my boys dad) was there to carry his dad to the car as I'd never have managed it lol.

But I try to think that there might be a difference when you're having a baby that is born early or not feeling well. Perhaps I'm only saying this to protect myself and to avoid admitting that we've been lazy when not managing to create proper sleeping routines... or perhaps there's some truth to it. I don't know. Whatever... I know it will be ok and that she'll learn how to sleep by herself one day.
