Here's mine. Turns out that stitching ribbon flowers is not my forte. I made the best of it though!!

I'm still finishing off my LO but wanted to show you this.

Anja you say you've never danced around a May Pole.



I had to dance around one every bloody year from 5yrs- 11yrs.
Hated it!!! Although it was funny when the boys would go too fast and get silly and the pole would fall over!!

I used some pom pom trimming which I stapled and painted in a glimmer acrylic.
I added a satin bow which I painted with a JBS dabber and added a brad in the middle of the bow which I've never done before.
The word on the brad also completed the last word of my journaling.

Used some pieces of a Ki Memories Kit that had lots of ribbon that I never used.... since I had access to a sewing machine this weekend I have ruffly ribbon and another strip of it on my layout. I started running out of room for journalling but since Ronda's new book has me inspired to try and be messier I finally am using paint on my layouts!

Here's my layout with ribbons. I have used 2 different ribbons. One "big" not very common for me and the other one I have wrinkled on to a pin. That was a really fun idea, and it looked very nice too
