Howdy! This is Iska from Texas. I live in the very hot city of Houston with my firefighter hubby and two kiddos Elsie (4 1/2) and Wyatt (almost 3!). By day, I am a fundraiser for Rice University, with a goal to raise $24M for a new building on campus. By night, I am a mommy, wife, dish washer, and (after the kids go to bed) a scrapbooker. I am so excited to start with Cocoa Daisy. I have been drooling over your kits for ages and now I am finally ready to get started. I can't wait. I used to belong to a "book" club for scrapbooking and it was so great to have deadlines and get inspired by others. Thanks in advance for letting me be a part of the community.

Hi all, I am a retired mom to 2 children (adults now) and grandma to 2 boys 8 1/2 and 7. My daughter and I live together and I get all the great things in life because I watch the boys while Mom works 60 hours a week. Both the boys are Autistic the older in a special class for kids with Autism and the younger is mainstreamed with extra help. They are the joy of my life and we have as much fun as I have responsibility, they are the Sunshine in my life.

I started scrapping when the oldest was 2 and have been lucky enough to have saved old pictures from the past which I can now scrap.

Hi I'm Suz! I'm an optometric physician turned SAHM to two boys and happy wife to my Mick for 16 years. I've purchased some kits from CD before (Ali Edwards' kits-loved them!) and just signed up as a Stamp Subscriber. I have been scrapping for along time and finally got up the nerve to submit to a Magazine and DT this past winter. I have since been fortunate enough to be a designer and to be published. Still a newbie to the publication world, but happy to have a few more items being published soon. I see some familiar faces and names of people I was very fortunate enough to meet this summer @CHA, and look forward to getting to know many more of you here at Cocoa Daisy. Such a welcoming bunch you are!
