Summer Weekly Chat - 06/11 - 06/17

Max last, last day at school today. Just the thing in church this morning, and now he has summer holiday! We went to a local café afterwards and had some fika. And then I cleaned the house....

Sven´s birthday tomorrow, and on Friday morning we leave for Spain!! A few butterflies in my tummy already... Not done the packing though, need to sort that out tonight.

Yes Denise, I did the things I planned too! Unusual, but I managed this time. Maybe it was the pressure of us leaving on Friday

Called the bank today and took a loan.. I hate that, but we need the money because we plan to buy a bigger Caravan. An old on like 1989/1990 but they still cost 55000-65000 SEK. The one we have now is to small for us. We fit, and everyone has a space to sleep, but I hate the fact that I need to put our bed away everytime we´re going to have breakfast. And when all the beds are made, we hav 1 x 1 meters to stay at. The past two years with it has been fine, but since the kids are growing, it gets to crowded. Just have some stomach ace about the money though...

I´ve done some planting today. Did plant most of my annual flowers in the flowerbeds. Feels good!

How exciting about the caravan Marie. It always works out some how but I do know the feeling.

I have some planting ideas as well but just waiting for some extra money to come in. I love, love all green and white gardens and i think I might do that in the front of my house. I also want to make one of these.

OH wow Denise - that looks fab. Just nothing for me... I always forget watering. I have a big red bucket on our doorstep with flowers in. That´s it! About the loan - it our own choice though. We could as well have skipped it, but we can afford it...

I´m taking the kids out buying them some coloring books today. Guess they need some distraction on a 4 hour flight. Can´t belive that we´re leaving tomorrow!!

Nat: I have been following your messages at FB about your aunt. I hope she gets better and that you find a good home for her where she gets the help she needs.
Margrethe: Congrats to be half way to a licensed teatcher!

I work two more weeks and then I have 4 weeks off. It´s crazy at work right know, a lot of big processes starting this time a year. We have no travelingplans this summer, maybe we take a trip to Kolmården, a very big Zoo.

In our room in the hotell in Spain! Fight went well both kids made it with grace! Right now everyone but me and the kids watch footy in the bar. Both kids and muskeln way to tierd - à day tomorrow as well have à nice evening!
