I actually love being alone. When Bo goes away for the weekend, I'm in my own little world, cleaning, sleeping like a rock, staying up late...probably because I lived alone in my early 20's---I find I actually get really irritable if I don't get some quality "me" every week.

I remember that story Denise, still makes me smile :)
Only you!!

Stephanie, maybe that's my problem, I've never been alone.
I like it in the day but not at night.

I'm used to being on my own. Being a military wife for 20 years, Martin was always away for months at a time. And now obviously not being with him anymore, it's just me again, well, and the boys but once they are in bed that's it, back to me again :-\ . I'm tough though. If I hear noises I send Suzie my ickle spaniel in :D .

After reading this Emily I said....NNNNIIIIINNNJJJJAAAAAA in my head in a fake chinese accent like my boys used to. That is so funny! But true, seriously.

I think I am not afraid of stuff so much anymore because scary things have happened to me and I dealt with it. I have never been attacked by a person but I was attacked by a 30lb rabid raccoon. I strangled that sucker to death. I think I would go all ninja on some intruder as well. :)

Ninjas and raccoons - oh my the exciting lives we lead.
