Q: I can’t log in/it says I don’t have an account/I didn’t get the password reset email.
A: The store and the forums have separate log ins for security reasons. The store uses your email address to log in and you can recover your password here. If you subscribed via PayPal that bypasses the store and does not create an account. If you do not yet have a store account, you can set one up here. The forum requires a username; if you know your username you can reset your password here, or if you don’t please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help you recover it.
Q: How can I change my kit to another, or the pages or hole configuration of my planner pages?
A: Please complete the Subscription Change Request form found in our FAQs, linked at the bottom of our site.
Q: How can I change my address and/or credit card number?
A: Changing your information in your store account does NOT push that information to us. Instead, please use our Update Payment Details form, linked at the bottom of our site.
Q: How will I know when my order has shipped?
A: You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please be aware that when shipping falls on a holiday or a weekend it can be delayed by a couple of days. (See shipping schedules on our FAQ page under “When should I expect to receive my monthly kit?”)
Q: Can I cancel my subscription before the current month ships? How do I cancel?
A: If you wish to cancel your membership, please notify us by completing this form prior to the 20th of the month. Otherwise we will automatically renew your commitment month-to-month until you notify us that you would like to discontinue your subscription. If you wish to cancel your membership before your six-month subscription term is complete, please complete the form and we will handle your request on a case by case basis. An early cancellation fee of $15 per subscription will be applied ($5 for planner pages-only, dashboards and planner add on subscriptions).
Canceling your recurring payments with PayPal will not cancel your subscription with Cocoa Daisy. If canceling a PayPal subscription, you will need to either provide Cocoa Daisy with another method of payment, or with a cancellation request.
Q: I was charged shipping for all my subscriptions; aren’t they supposed to combine?
A: If this was the first month for any of your subscriptions, shipping is charged automatically and we will refund and adjust later in the month. If you were charged shipping for additional subscriptions for more than one month, please drop us an email with a list of your subscriptions and we’ll address it as soon as possible.
