Is your Summer lacking sunshine????

Hi, I’m Lisa here with your July Designer’s challenge.

I’m in not so sunny England. We are in desperate need of some sunshine. I’m not kidding…..rain, cloud and chilly is all we see lately. It’s so not funny!! So I am begging you to join in with this challenge of mine please. I simply ask that you create something, anything, just add the word ‘sunshine’ and some yellow to your project please. I am longing for some sunshine. Can you tell?

A couple of the Dt have joined in with me.

Anna has created this LO.

Anna say’s ” I created a layout for this challenge. I used the word “sunshine” in Swedish – “solsken”, in my title. I used some yellow mist on my background and a piece of yellow paper too. The brad from the BYOAO was perfect! ”.

I would say Anna’s LO is pretty perfect too. I love that she included her sunshine title in Swedish. The yellow mist is beautiful A real spray of sunshine.

Then we have Suzanna.

LiveInTheSunshine_July2016_SuzannaLee Beautiful title work.

Here’s Suzanna’s bit about her page: ”I used the word sunshine in an Emerson quote and went all mixed media, incorporating yellow as one of the colors. There is lots of yellow scattered through out the layout. Can’t get much more sunshine than that!”.

It really is a happy sunny page.

Thank you ladies. Love your happy LO’s.

And her is my contribution.

Hello Sunshine

I added as much colour as I could. It makes me feel so happy working with bright colours. And I used a photo that was taken on a rare sunny evening back in May, I think those couple of sunny days must have been our Summer : )

So I would love for you to join us with this sunny challenge.

You have until 28th July – 11pm EST to enter. Simply leave a comment below to your work or add your photo to our message board here. One winner will be picked at random and will win $10 to spend in the Daisy store.

Have fun with your sunny projects.
