February Designer’s Challenge…
Hello, Hello! Ashli here with you today and I have a challenge for you! What’s so great about a challenge? Well, I just love them because you get the opportunity to flex your creative muscle, work outside of your comfort zone, and maybe even win a little Daisy cash!
So… what’s my challenge to you?
- Use 3 photos
- Make your title a question
- Doodle on your page (eek! 🙂 )
Here is my take…
So, it turns out it is really NOT a good idea to take 3 young children to Ikea when you are ridiculously pregnant. HA! Well, at least they had fun and it gave me a good story to scrap. Oh, and I do love my doodles, so I had lots of fun with scribbly circles on this one.
Up next? Doris!
What’s not to love about this? Seriously… that bee? I die.
And next we have the always fabulous Lisa…
Lisa really knocked this one out of the park. I just love all the doodled frames and her sense of humor with the title!
And here we have another fun use of the kit bags, not to mention some fabulous detail with Jody’s page…
So much texture and goodness… I wish I could touch it!
And now we have a gorgeous page from Martha who gives us a great idea for “doodling” if you just can’t bear to put pen to page…
See what she did? She put the doodled triangle paper to use in place of handmade doodles. Love that idea!
And last, but certainly not least… Piradee!
There is so much to love on this page! The large alphas, the cute little scribbles and I especially love the use of the 3 images from the Webster’s Pages paper to reinforce the three black and white photos. Beautiful!
Alrighty, now it’s your turn!
Go get crafty, step outside of your comfort zone, and come share it!
Please add you link to your work here or on or the Message Board. You have until Tuesday March 3rd 11pm EST to play along and I will announce the winner on Thursday March 5th. The winner will receive a lovely $10 coupon to spend in the Daisy Store or towards an add-on maybe.
I can’t wait to see what you make!
