Designer’s Choice Challenge~

Hi Daisies! I have got a twist for you with this Designer’s Choice Challenge. The challenge is for you to scrap a photo that’s not yours. I am always so inspired and have so many images saved to a desktop folder, or things on Pinterest that just make me happy. I bet you do too! So this month I want you to print one {or more!} photo{s} out and use them on a page or project or mini book.  You are free to use any kits that you choose or anything from your stash to create your page/project. Make sure you ask permission or give credit for the photo you use, but other than that, I just want you to be inspired by creating with a picture that makes you happy!

I made a page for my gallery this month from a photo that showed up in my Face Book feed earlier this summer by my photographer friend, Josh Ulmer. {Of Ulmer Studios…check out more of his talent and his wife Amber’s talent here too!} I fell in love with this image, and so did my 4-yr old son, Crew. =) I messaged Josh to see if I could buy a copy of this photo from him and he was so nice about it that he emailed me the largest file he had of the image and told me to enjoy it for free! I loved making this layout with the August 80 Days kit. I don’t do much traveling, but the kit fit so perfect with this picture and with the dreams I have in my head for a road trip of my own someday. I might even print this photo bigger and play with it some more- I like it that much. So a big thanks to Josh, for the inspiration for this page and this challenge!
