Panda Eight Printables

Hello Daisies. Martha here, i’m excited to get to talk about the subscriber exclusive printable that I design to coordinate with the kits each month!

As soon as Christine sends sneak peeks my way I get started on the printable.  When designing the elements I work with the colors and overall feel of the kit to make sure that what I design works easily into your projects.  I try to ensure that there is a good mixture of elements as well…tags with symbols or phrases, blank tags, and 3×4 cards that can be used with the Day In The Life kit or with traditional scrapping projects, this way there is something for everyone!  Even though I have a Cameo, I still fussy cut my printable each month, there is something soothing to me to sit down for a few minutes and work on it, plus I try to make it easy for those of you without machines to cut it by using standard sizes for elements like circles (this month they are 1.25″) that way you can use a punch on those.

I have been printing on smooth white card stock, but I have plans to use vellum next month….I love the layering effects you can create when you print on vellum!  To ensure you get the best quality when printing, make sure your printer is set to “best” or “fine”, the setting varies by printer so just ensure it is set to the highest print quality to ensure you get colors that match your kit.

I used lots of the printables on my Snap Shot layout this month.  I love layering them with other elements from the kits and if you need more you just have to print them up, you never run out!

Such a cute layout, Martha! Thank you so much for the printables each month! I am one of those without an electronic cutter, so I appreciate the ease of punching or fussy cutting the elements. 🙂 I must try the vellum! Looks awesome!!!!

It never occured to me to print on vellum. What a great idea! I can’t wait to try that.
