Hey Daisies!!! MandyKay Starner, here to talk multi-photo layouts with you. If you were to look through my galleries, you would find that I love to squeeze in at least one multi-photo layout with each kit. I always have event photos or photos from an outing that I want to scrap. Why should I just choose one or two photos from the day? So I don’t I pile them right on! There are many different ways to incorporate multiple photos into your design. Let’s go through a few examples, shall we?
For this layout, I incorporated my photos of different sizes and orientations in a grid like fashion, layering in my patterned papers and embellishments. I kept it looking clean and simple by keeping the space between the photos, equally distant, all throughout the page. Keeping it clean helped me to squeeze in 7 photos(that’s a win in my book)! The largest, being my favorite from the day.
For this layout, I used all wallet sized photos, in a grid-like pattern(again). But, I didn’t do as much layering this time, which gives this layout an even more clean and simple feel than the one above.
This layout has a few pics, printed in a 2.5 x 2.5 size and they are just scattered about, amongst the embellishments. Its a bit more messy than my usual M.O. but I like how it turned out.
On these two layouts, I used a photo booth style strip for my photos…
And for when you really want to include multiple photos, but they aren’t awesome shots, or you just really would like to just feature one or two, you could hide them in a pocket on the page, like this…
So there you have it! Its really not as hard as you might think, to get multiple photos onto a layout. I hope to see you guys giving it a shot with your next kit. Thanks for stopping by the Daisy Patch!
