When I was working on the September sketch/lift I decided to make a little banner to go in the upper left corner. I used little bits of scraps for the banners, simply cut a triangle out, trace around it on some patterned paper scraps, cut them out and either attach them right to your page or you can run them through the sewing machine like I did. If you like the look of banners, using your scraps is a great way to create a few. It’s also a great way to add a touch of bright patterned paper to your layout.
