It’s the 9th of March and time for me to post my summary layout for February.
So, here it is:
Just like my January layout ( http://www.cocoadaisy.com/blog/daisy-divas/2830/month-by-month-scrapbooking-with-mou-january-2010/), I kept my February layout super simple.
I started with a photo collage that I pieced together in Adobe Photoshop 5.0. This photo collage attached to red cardstock became the right half of my layout.
For the left half, I just cut out two narrow strips of patterned paper and attached them toward the bottom of the left page. This became the base for the title I spelt out with stickers. I journaled below the strips.
At this point, my layout seemed almost complete but needed just a little something extra. I put the scalloped heart above the title. But it still didn’t quite stand out. I added the safety pin and finally everything came together.
